Gamaliel (“Gam”) Galindo is the managing attorney and founder of GALINDO & ASSOCIATES, P.C. Mr. Galindo is admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, the National LGBT Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Galindo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, his Master of Arts degree from San Francisco State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Before opening GALINDO & ASSO CIATES, P.C., Mr. Galindo was a Deputy County Counsel with Santa Clara County. He was also a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Edward J. Davila, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, an Honors Law Clerk with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, and a summer Law Clerk with the law firm Hoge Fenton. Mr. Galindo was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Constitutional Law, the Bay Area Minority Clerkship fellowship, and an Emory & Chargin Family Scholar.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Galindo worked in the entertainment, advertising and high-art industries both in the United States and abroad. Gam is a classically trained musician and composer. His music has been used in film, commercials, and has been commissioned & performed in the Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Spain, France and Switzerland.
Tiffany Sun is an associate attorney at GALINDO & ASSOCIATES, P.C. She is admitted to the California State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Tiffany received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University. Tiffany received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Before joining GALINDO & ASSOCIATES, P.C., Tiffany worked at Berry Appleman and Leiden, LLP, focusing on employment-based immigration. She later worked at Yew Immigration Law Group practicing a broad range of immigration law. Tiffany interned at the Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (APILO), and represented low-income clients at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center. Tiffany was the recipient of the Asian American Bar Association Joe Morozumi Memorial Scholarship and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association Silicon Valley Achievement Scholarship.
Prior to her legal career, Tiffany worked in the nonprofit and philanthropy field, where her work often overlapped with the needs of the immigrant community. Realizing the need for legal representation in this community, Tiffany decided to attend law school to become an immigration attorney.
Ana Romero is an office manager and legal assistant at GALINDO & ASSOCIATES, P.C. Ana, born and raised in Mexico, is a Bay Area resident. She went to San Jose City College with the goal of becoming a social worker. In the Spring of 2015, she began volunteering at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center where she found her true passion, working with the immigrant community. She is fluent in Spanish and a California-certified Notary Public. Ana's passion and drive have lead her to become an indispensable part of the firm's legal team.
