GAM GALINDO, Managing Attorney and Founder

Gamaliel (“Gam”) Galindo is the managing attorney and founder of GALINDO & ASSOCIATES, P.C. Mr. Galindo is admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, the National LGBT Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association. He is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Galindo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, his Master of Arts degree from San Francisco State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Before opening GALINDO & ASSO CIATES, P.C., Mr. Galindo was a Deputy County Counsel with Santa Clara County. He was also a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Edward J. Davila, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, an Honors Law Clerk with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, and a summer Law Clerk with the law firm Hoge Fenton. Mr. Galindo was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Constitutional Law, the Bay Area Minority Clerkship fellowship, and an Emory & Chargin Family Scholar.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Galindo worked in the entertainment, advertising and high-art industries both in the United States and abroad. Gam is a classically trained musician and composer. His music has been used in film, commercials, and has been commissioned & performed in the Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Spain, France and Switzerland.
