The San Jose Family Justice Center is made up of multiple government agencies and community groups who have come together to provide domestic violence services and support.  The San Jose Family Justice Center provides information, support and services to individuals and family members who have experienced domestic violence. 

Services Include: 

• Advocacy and counseling services for victims of domestic violence and their children. • Legal services including immigration and domestic violence-related family court services, such as restraining orders, spousal support, and child custody. • Personal contact with Police investigators who specialize in Domestic Violence and Stalking. • Personal contact with attorneys from the District Attorneys Office. • Personal contact with Probation Officers. • Referral to 24-hour emergency shelters. • Other emergency housing. • Physical & mental health services.
